Our Merindoc Vineyard 2018 Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Tooborac, in Southern Heathcote, on the sweeping granite boulder strewn slopes of the cool climate Central Highlands.

THE VINEYARD
Chardonnay was grown at our Merindoc vineyard in the Heathcote region. The slightly cooler climate and granite soils of this southern part of the Heathcote region, produce Chardonnay with delicate stone-fruit characters, citrus like acidity and mineral undertones.
Hand cultivated mature vines. Classic traditional method.
2 years on yeast lees and disgorged April 2020.
